TECHNOLOGY IN REAL ESTATE- Marketing a
house for sale today involves many uses of technology that have been
developing in recent years. The local Tehachapi Multiple Listing
Service that is used by most Tehachapi real estate sales companies
just went through a major software change. The new software allows
an agent to upload a listing as soon as he has access to a computer.
Changes are quick and allow for more accurate and up to the minute
information to be used by the agent. An agent can locate just the
right house with a match of the amenities the clients are looking
for.
Web Page design-Technology in use.
Many real estate firms are using the internet to promote properties and
help a buyer locate the right home or piece of land. E-mail is an
excellent way for customers to communicate with an agent.
Information is immediate to the entire world.
